Mold Making Equipment | High-Precision CNC & EDM Machining
Our mold processing workshop is equipped with a full range of high-end imported and domestic precision equipment, covering 5-axis, 4-axis, 3+2 axis and 3-axis CNC machining centers, as well as professional EDM and wire cutting machines. We have 1 set of HAAS UMC750 5-axis CNC (USA), 2 sets of MAKINO F5 3-axis CNC (Japan), 2 sets of MAKINO EDGF2I mirror EDM and 2 sets of MAKINO U3 wire EDM (Japan), matching with a large number of domestic CNC from Qiaofeng, Gamma and Yongyin. The machining tolerance can reach ±0.01mm, which can meet the processing needs of complex mold cores and cavities with different precision and size requirements.
Injection Molding & Forming Equipment | Mass Production Capability
We have a complete set of molding and forming equipment for post-mold production, including 3 sets of Haitian 320T and 3 sets of 200T injection molding machines with a shot weight of 450g-800g, which can meet the mass production of plastic parts of different sizes. Equipped with 4 sets of Fupusen vacuum casting machines, 3 sets of 3D printers (Liantai 600/SL500/SLA660) and professional sheet metal processing equipment (Amada HRBC-1003 bending machine, Hongshan laser cutting machine), we can realize one-stop service from mold prototype development, small batch trial production to mass production of finished parts.
Quality Control & Inspection | Precision Measurement & Testing
Our independent quality inspection lab is equipped with professional precision measuring equipment to ensure the accuracy of each mold and plastic part. The core equipment includes 1 set of Hexagon SIC060806 CMM (USA), 1 set of Edward 8001000600 CMM and 1 set of Taishuo VMS-3020 image measuring instrument. All products undergo rigorous dimensional detection and performance testing, fully meeting the ISO 9001 quality management system standards, and ensuring the consistency of product quality for customers.
