2. Quotations & Proposals
All quotations, technical proposals and price indications are based on the information you provide, our standard manufacturing capabilities and applicable materials. Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be revised where specifications change. All pricing is subject to final written confirmation.
3. Orders & Manufacturing
Orders become binding upon written acceptance by both parties. Final dimensions, tolerances, materials and delivery terms are defined in the mutually agreed specification and any approval samples. Tooling and product specifications may require refinement during DFM review.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and logos, is the property of Taize Mould or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute website content without our prior written consent. Customer-provided designs and drawings remain the property of the customer.
5. Confidentiality
We treat customer drawings, designs, samples and project data as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to fulfil the order or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taize Mould shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Huzhou, Zhejiang, China.
